Position Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Global Channel Partner Manager will provide hands-on coordination and execution of the company's strategic relationships and Global Channel sales and Partner Program Development functions. They will develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy related to the Agriculture Industry and company Products, Services and Practices, with national and international focus.

Responsibilities & Duties

Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions utilizing indirect sales methodology targeted to the Agriculture Sector
Understand the consultants in the market such as Agronomists and Agrologists and how to partner with them
Build partnerships with Local, National and International Agricultural technology companies
Develop and coordinate indirect sales selling cycle and methodology
Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers
Be actively involved in strategic planning including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, and customer segment selection
Research and develop strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities and new project development
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company and its products
Define the product strategy to ensure customer engagement and market share growth
Maintain knowledge of trends within markets and the agricultural industry overall
Fluent Spanish is a definite asset

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated developer with good interpersonal skills and an aptitude towards a client-facing role. Initially, we need a developer who can help with product and demonstration development but who can grow into a position supporting the sales and solution implementation process. You will be deeply involved in the development of our solutions and the creation of demonstrations that capture the imagination of our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Custom Application Development — Deliver required solutions based on technical designs; fully document code; utilize version management; provide unit testing.
Web & Tool Strategy — Work with the team to display and interact with complex data sets; evaluate new software and technology and make recommendations.
IT Support — Provide routine PC support including configuring email, system and application updates, and account administration.
Data Integration & Migration — Understand and develop migration and transformation methodologies.
UI Design — Create innovative and appealing websites using industry standard methods; graphic design capabilities are an asset.
Documentation — Document all methods used to create geo-web visualization tools; create and maintain functional and technical design documents.
Testing & Support — Provide technical support; investigate and resolve production problems; optimize web systems.

Technical Qualifications

Excellent knowledge and experience using JavaScript, .NET, AJAX, Python, PHP, HTML, DHTML, and XML
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and web-based applications (MS Server OS and Web Platforms)
Database management and programming skills (SQL Server, Oracle)
Business analysis and project management experience is an asset
Knowledge of Google Maps API, CesiumJS, ESRI ArcGIS Server JavaScript and REST APIs is a bonus
Experience in HTML5 for tablets, Xamarin smartphone apps, or Java is very welcome

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI designer with excellent HTML and CSS skills, who can design user interfaces, screen mock-ups, buttons, icons, and menus — and implement these as HTML/CSS for developers to use in the application.

Your Duties Will Include

Creating visual application user experience (UX) and user interfaces (UI), including wireframe designs when appropriate, using a variety of tools
Assisting product owners by providing content for functional design documentation in written text, graphics, and flow diagrams
Providing developers with icons, buttons, and other graphical elements
Finalizing designs in HTML and CSS
Testing the final application for its overall look-and-feel and functionality, working with developers to address issues
Assisting the marketing team with maintaining corporate websites, including custom templates in HTML and CSS
Occasionally providing graphics and layout work for non-web promotional materials

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for defining, planning, and driving the end-to-end execution of software product development and client deployments as an external-facing role. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with Product Owners, the Senior Project Manager manages cross-functional teams — including development, DevOps, QA, and support — to deliver high-quality releases on time and within budget. This role requires strong business acumen, clear communication skills, and proven ability to develop an effective organizational project management office.

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner and CEO.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown schedules, and resource allocations across the full SDLC.
Manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep deliveries on track and within budget.
Conduct regular project reviews and deliver clear status reports to executive leadership.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & Resource Management

Lead and coordinate development, DevOps, QA, and IT resources for successful product releases and client deployments.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to establish realistic estimates and timelines.
Manage priorities and communication flow between the support team and development team, escalating to the Product Owner as required.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members; identify training needs and facilitate professional development.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships as needed for project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

Serve as the primary point of coordination between the CEO, Product Owners, development teams, clients, and the sales team.
Maintain a consistent communication cadence with all stakeholders, providing timely and transparent project updates.
Prepare and present executive-level reports on project status, budget, risks, and outcomes.
Manage the bid and proposal process — ensuring bids are complete, accurate, and submitted on time; build reusable bid templates.

Product & Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with the Product Owner to help define and refine the Product Vision and Roadmap.
Gather and document requirements from clients, industry groups, and internal stakeholders through needs assessments.
Analyze market trends and competitive offerings; present findings to the Product Owner to inform roadmap decisions.
Support the sales team with technical demos, solution scoping, and pre-sales engagement with potential clients.
Work with UX designers to create wireframes and mockups that communicate solutions to clients, developers, and Product Owners.

Quality, Documentation & Compliance

Oversee QA processes, including acceptance testing and security testing during staging and post-deployment.
Design and implement risk mitigation plans; ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain technical documentation; review and sign off on user documentation produced by the support team.
Develop, document, and continuously improve project management processes and templates for reuse across teams.

Training & Onboarding

Deliver client training when the support team is not yet equipped to do so; transition training responsibilities over time.
Train and coach the support team on established workflows and product features; monitor quality and compliance.
Support onboarding of new project staff and client teams, ensuring orientation to the organization and project context.

Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
PMP certification required; Agile/Scrum or Lean Six Sigma certifications are an asset.

Experience

5–7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Demonstrated experience managing full SDLC projects from initiation through deployment.
Experience managing cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and support staff.
Proven track record of delivering client-facing software projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing RFP/bid processes is an asset.

Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Business acumen with the ability to connect project outcomes to strategic and commercial objectives.
Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and ability to communicate design requirements to development teams.
